Most virus removal jobs are completed same-day or within 24 hours. More severe infections, like ransomware, may take a bit longer, but we’ll always give you a realistic time estimate before we start.
Both options are available. For many infections, we can connect remotely and clean your device without you leaving home. For serious cases or hardware-related issues, we may ask you to bring it to our Osprey location. We’ll let you know which is best for your situation.
